www.babolops.com is an e-commerce site for the sale of non-proprietary products. All those who purchase on www.babolops.com, individuals or companies, under these General Terms and Conditions are considered to be customers. These General Sales Conditions govern the sales of the products listed on www.babolops.com, starting with order registration. They are applied to sales made over the Internet, telephone, fax and e-mail.
Purchases on our site are subject to the discipline of D.Lgs n. 185 of 22/05/1999, concerning distance contracts, in cases where the delivery of the goods takes place at the domicile of the buyer, as such purchases are made outside the premises of the buyer. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 10 (ten) days of receipt of the goods. For the beginning of this evaluation period, the date indicated on the delivery note will be credited. In order to exercise this right, the client must send a written communication to Babolops by means of a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to Babolops by Lumex of Mensio Giovanna, Piazza Borromeo 6, 20030, Senago, Milan or by telegram. Once this notice of withdrawal has been received, Babolops will immediately inform the customer via e-mail or telephone by returning the goods with the simple care of pointing to their details such as their last name, address and telephone number. The goods must arrive within the deadline of ten working days. The product must be returned to Babolops by Lumex of Mensio Giovanna, Piazza Borromeo 6, 20030 Senago, Milan, in perfect condition, packed in its original and complete packaging in all its parts and any accessories and documentation (tax receipt or invoice).
The right of withdrawal applies ONLY to the final consumer. It is therefore excluded from companies and practitioners with Iva who buy in such garments.
Return of goods:
Return shipping charges are entirely borne by the Customer. Babolops therefore recommends the shipment of the shipment as assured that the return journey is under the full responsibility of the customer. In the event of damage to the goods during transport, Babolops will notify the customer of the incident (within the business day following receipt of the goods in their warehouses), so that he can promptly file a complaint against the courier he chooses and obtain the refund of the value of the asset (if secured); in this case, the product will be returned, at customer's expense, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request; Babolops is not responsible for any damages or theft / loss of goods returned with unsolicited shipments. In addition, if the returned item results in any proven / used way, even if in very small percentage, it will be weighed to check its entirety, and in the event that a missing percentage of the product is fully paid by the customer, the equipment will have to be new as shipping.
In the event that the Customer wishes to avail of the right of withdrawal, he / she must inform Babolops by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt at our address containing:
* the manifestation of the will to take advantage of the benefits provided by law
* indication of the product / products ordered
* the details of the order form and the details of your current bank account with which you made the payment (bank, reference agency, number of c.c.).
The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety: it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal only on a part of the purchased product.
Under the reservation of respecting the conditions of the previous point (return of the goods), the Customer will be refunded for a maximum amount corresponding to the value of the product. Babolops will reimburse the above within 30 (thirty) working days after the receipt of the goods. Refund will be made by bank transfer and / or bank details indicated by the customer. Regarding the right of withdrawal, the shipping costs for sending the goods as ordered by Babolops and any refund management fees will be deducted from the total value paid by the customer.
